Dr. Yung Shu Hang holds multiple positions, but as a busy man, he still manages to find time to exercise. Dr. Yung mentioned that he usually does gym workouts at home or nearby fitness facilities, which is very convenient for him. Therefore, finding time to exercise in his daily schedule is not difficult. Besides gym workouts, Dr. Yung often goes out to play soccer. He jokingly said that playing soccer is his favorite activity, and he plays two to three times a week. The partners he plays with also vary: "Now there are different 'legs' I play soccer with, some are colleagues, some are teammates, and sometimes I even play with my son's friends. Watching them grow up, I don't have to run too much, they can run on my behalf. It's fun and enjoyable."
Dr. Yung uses his experience to encourage Sports Zero to start exercising without setting overly high goals. Begin with simple exercises, like strength training and stretching exercises, which can be done even at home. "If it requires traveling far or coordinating with many people, it becomes a significant barrier." Additionally, integrating exercise into daily life or exercising with family members can be effective. Dr. Yung noted that his son has grown up, and playing soccer with him is a parent-child activity, which provides extra motivation to continue exercising.

Dr. Yung loves sports and has researched the emerging field of "exercise prescription." He believes that different audiences should have tailored exercise prescriptions, guiding them on appropriate exercises. For instance, individuals who have never exercised but have chronic conditions like hypertension or diabetes can benefit from exercise prescriptions to understand what exercises to start with and how to gradually increase activity levels. For those who love long-distance running but suffer from knee pain, exercise prescriptions can provide insights on preparation and adjusting exercise intensity. As for Sports Heroes, exercise prescriptions can help them balance training and rest, allowing for recovery and sustaining long-term exercise routines.

For post-exercise recovery, many massage devices and fascia guns are available on the market for self-care. Dr. Yung shared his views: "When we encounter issues, the correct approach is to first identify the cause. For example, knee pain can have 30-40 different medical explanations. Self-treatment with massage guns without understanding the true cause may worsen the condition." Dr. Yung advises that these tools should be used after obtaining a diagnosis and consulting with a doctor or physical therapist. Additionally, knowing the correct usage methods is crucial, as the average person may not understand anatomical principles and might inadvertently cause harm, leading to severe complications.
He emphasized that fitness enthusiasts wanting to use these devices for recovery should first have basic knowledge of sports medicine or seek professional advice from medical personnel, doctors, or physical therapists to use the tools appropriately.
