How-to: Stand side-by-side. You can support each other with your inside hands, hold hands, or hug. Then, each person lifts one foot to stand on the other, like two big trees leaning on each other.

How-to: Sit facing each other with knees bent. Then, hold hands and press the soles of your feet together. When you're ready, slowly lift your feet together until your shins are parallel to the floor, like a cooperative little boat.

How-to: The parent lies comfortably on the floor with knees bent, then securely supports the child's belly with the soles of their feet. Gently extend your legs upwards, letting the child "take off" into the air like an airplane.

How-to: The parent starts in a standard Downward-Facing Dog pose, creating an inverted 'V' shape with their body. The child can crawl through the small "cave" formed under the parent or try to do a mini Downward-Facing Dog on the parent's back.

How-to: Lie down comfortably and quietly with your child, and gently close your eyes. Try to feel each other's breath and enjoy this moment of peaceful calm.
