1. Hong Kong Park Sports Centre (Central and Western District)
Located in the heart of Central, this is the only public indoor jogging track on Hong Kong Island. Although the track is relatively short and the turns are sharp, its location is extremely convenient, making it perfect for office workers in Central for a quick run during lunch breaks or after work.

Opened in late 2021, the facilities are brand new. The track uses a blue and green color scheme, feeling fresh, and features large glass windows that provide excellent natural light, creating an open and non-oppressive running experience.

3. Tiu Keng Leng Sports Centre (Sai Kung District)
Reputed to be one of the best indoor tracks to run on. The track encircles the main arena from above. The curvature of the turns is well-designed to be gentle on the knees. It is connected to a shopping mall, making post-run refueling convenient.
● Length: Approx. 150 meters (2 lanes)
● Location: 2 Chui Ling Road, Tseung Kwan O
● Transport: MTR Tiu Keng Leng Station Exit A, walk through Metro Town shopping mall for about 5 minutes.

4. Hang Hau Sports Centre (Sai Kung District)
Located within the Tseung Kwan O Government Complex. The track features distance markers, making it easy for runners to calculate their training volume. The skylight design introduces natural light for a comfortable environment.
