🙋🏻‍♂ Target Audience: 18 - 45 years old (born between April 1979 and April 2006), open to all genders, teacher exclusive

💰 Cost: Free of charge

👟 Equipment: Please bring your own workout attire and sports shoes.

*Participants are required to present their school staff identification card.
