🙋🏻‍♂️Target: 18 to 70 years old (born from February 1956 to January 2008, open to both gender)

🧑🏻Quota: 12 people

💰Fee: Free

👟Equipment: Bring your own sportswear and sneakers

📅 Deadline: January 15, 2026 (Thur) 12:00 noon


**Participant Notice

• Due to activity quota, a lottery will be conducted after the deadline. If you do not receive a 'Successful Registration' email by 22 January, 2026, it means that you have not been selected for this activity.

• Participants for this event will be arranged in order for the lucky draw based on the following criteria:
  －For participants who have never successfully registered for any “JC FIT CITY” activities only.

• No waitlist will be available.

• No walk-in registration will be accepted on the day of the event.

• A WhatsApp group will be created for the event, mainly for communication between HKFYG and all participants in the class, including sharing of event information (such as inclement weather arrangement, meeting points) and keeping track of participants' attendance.

• Participants who are successfully enrolled will receive a WhatsApp / Email notification from HKFYG and the invitation link. Please be mindful of protecting personal privacy, adhere to group rules, and maintaining a harmonious atmosphere for all.
