**Participant Guidelines
* Due to limited slots for the event, a lottery will be conducted after the registration deadline. If you do not receive a "successful registration" email by April 2, 2026, it means you were not selected for this event.
* Participants will be ordered for the lottery based on the following criteria:
70% will be allocated to participants who have successfully registered for the "Jockey Club Active City Program" 0 to 5 times.
30% will be allocated to participants who have successfully registered for the "Jockey Club Active City Program" more than 5 times.
* There will be no standby slots or walk-in registrations for the event.
* A WhatsApp group will be created primarily for communication and coordination between our organization and all participants, including sharing event information (such as arrangements for inclement weather, venue information, etc.) and acknowledging participants' leave requests.
* Successfully selected participants will receive a WhatsApp/Email notification from our organization inviting them to join the relevant group. Upon joining the group, please remember to protect your privacy, adhere to group rules, and work together to maintain a harmonious atmosphere.
