📖 Part 1: Activity Overview and Training Courses:


Lesson 1 🔵 Team Building and Personality Analysis | Activity Introduction - Date: September 5 (Saturday) 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Lesson 2 🔵 Sports Event Operations and Risk Management - Date: August 25 7:30pm - 10:00pm

Lesson 3 🔵 Marketing, Promotion, and Sales Skills - Date: September 10 7:30pm - 10:00pm

Lesson 4 🔵 Event Experience (HKFYG Premier Cup or others) - Tentative Date: August 22 (Saturday) 10:00am - 12:00pm

Presentation 🔵 Event Planning Presentation - Date: September 21 (Monday) 7:00pm - 9:00pm



🏡 Part 2: Three Planning Activity Competitions:

1st 🔵 Asian Games Sports Experience Day - Date: October 1 to October 31 (Teams choose activity date)

2nd 🔵 Traditional Sports from Different Countries Booths- Date: One day between November 1 and November 30 (Teams choose activity date)

3rd 🔵 Old Hong Kong Sports Experience Carnival Booth - Date: December 6 (Sunday)

🏆 Part 3: Competition Sharing and Award Ceremony

📅Date: December 19 (Saturday)

⏰Time: 10 AM to 12 PM (2 hours)

📍Location: The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Wellness PLUS Complex, 154 Kiu Kong Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

🙋🏻‍♂️Eligibility: Ages 18 to 45 (Born between August 1980 and July 2008, both genders)

💰Registration Fee: Free, but a deposit of HKD 500 is required. (This will be refunded if the participant has 80% attendance in training and completes all three competitions. If the participant withdraws or fails to complete any activity, the deposit will not be refunded.)


🏆 Outstanding Team Award: Sports vouchers and gifts 🎁 worth up to $10,000 in total!

⚠️ Important Notes⚠️

Capacity: 5 teams, 4 members per team (team registrations prioritized; if more than 5 teams register, a lottery will be held).

No changes will be accepted after the registration deadline.

Course dates may be postponed due to weather or venue issues. All participants must attend an interview.


🔵 Interview Details🔵

📅 Date：August 4 & 5, 2026

⏰ Time：7:00PM - 9:00PM (2 hours)

📍 Location：The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Wellness PLUS Complex, 154 Kiu Kong Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

💰 If Selected: Participants who are successfully drawn will receive an "Interview Invitation Email" by July 28, 2026.

After the interview, those who are selected will receive a "Payment Notification Email" by August 7, 2026. All successful candidates must submit a deposit of HK$500 via cheque (either by mail or in person) to our association by 5:30 PM in August 21, 2026 (based on the time the cheque is received). Only upon completing the payment will registration be confirmed. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, the association reserves the right to reallocate the spot to another participant without prior notice.
