📖 Part 1: Activity Overview and Training Courses:

Lesson 1 🔵 Team Building and Personality Analysis | Activity Introduction - Date: August 3 (Sunday) 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Lesson 2 🔵 Sports Event Operations and Risk Management - Date: TBC

Lesson 3 🔵 Marketing, Promotion, and Sales Skills - Date: August 14 (Thursday) 7:30pm - 10:00pm

Lesson 4 🔵 Event Experience (Asian Eastern Zonal Women's Volleyball Championship 2025 or other) - Tentative Date: August 31 (Sunday) 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Presentation 🔵 Event Planning Presentation - Date: August 18 (Monday) 7:30pm - 9:30pm



🏡 Part 2: Three Planning Activity Competitions:

1st 🔵 Sports Challenge Day or Training Session - Date: September 1 to September 30 (Teams choose activity date)

2nd 🔵 Exploring the Community through Sports - Date: October 1 to October 31 (Teams choose activity date)

3rd 🔵 Fun Competition Themed Carnival - Date: November 23 (TBC)



🏆 Part 3: Competition Sharing and Award Ceremony

📅Date: December 13 (Saturday)

⏰Time: 10 AM to 12 PM (2 hours)

📍Location: The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Wellness PLUS Complex, 154 Kiu Kong Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

🙋🏻‍♂️Eligibility: Ages 18 to 45 (Born between June 1980 and July 2007, both genders)

💰Registration Fee: Free, but a deposit of HKD 500 is required. (This will be refunded if the participant has 80% attendance in training and completes all three competitions. If the participant withdraws or fails to complete any activity, the deposit will not be refunded.)


🏆 Outstanding Team Award: Sports vouchers and gifts 🎁 worth up to $10,000 in total!

💫 Each participating team member will receive a commemorative gift!

⚠️ Important Notes⚠️

Capacity: 5 teams, 4 members per team (team registrations prioritized; if more than 5 teams register, a lottery will be held).

No changes will be accepted after the registration deadline.

Course dates may be postponed due to weather or venue issues. All participants must attend an interview.

📅 Date：July 16, 17 or 18, 2025

⏰ Time：7:30PM - 9:30PM (2 hours)

📍 Location：The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Wellness PLUS Complex, 154 Kiu Kong Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon


🔵 Lottery Results: Successful or unsuccessful applicants will be notified via email by July 10, 2025.

💰 If Selected: Participants who are successfully drawn will receive an "Interview Invitation Email" by July 10, 2025.

After the interview, those who are selected will receive a "Payment Notification Email" by July 22, 2025. All successful candidates must submit a deposit of HK$500 via cheque (either by mail or in person) to our association by 5:30 PM in July 29, 2025 (based on the time the cheque is received). Only upon completing the payment will registration be confirmed. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, the association reserves the right to reallocate the spot to another participant without prior notice.
