📖 Part 1: Activity Overview and Training Courses:

Lesson 1 🔵 Team Building and Personality Analysis | Activity Introduction - Date: March 8 (Saturday) 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Lesson 2 🔵 Large Event Experience (29th Asian Cities Taekwondo Championship) - Date: March 9 (Sunday) 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Lesson 3 🔵 Sports Event Operations and Risk Management - Date: March 10 - 19 (One day, TBC)

Lesson 4 🔵 Marketing, Promotion, and Sales Skills - Date: March 19 (Wednesday) 7:30pm - 10:00pm

Lesson 5 🔵 Event Planning Presentation - Date: March 24 (Monday) 7:30pm - 9:30pm

🏡 Part 2: Three Planning Activity Competitions:

1st 🔵 Designated Emerging Sports Challenge Day or Training Session - Date: April 1 to April 30 (Teams choose activity date)

2nd 🔵 Exploring the Community through Sports - Date: May 2 to May 31 (Teams choose activity date)

3rd 🔵 Fun Competition Themed Carnival - Date: May 1 (Tentative)

🏆 Part 3: Competition Sharing and Award Ceremony

📅Date: June 14 (Saturday)

⏰Time: 10 AM to 12 PM (2 hours)

📍Location: Hong Kong Youth Association, 1st Floor, 154 Kiu Kiang Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

🙋🏻‍♂️Eligibility: Ages 18 to 45 (Born between February 1980 and January 2007, both genders)

💰Registration Fee: Free, but a deposit of HKD 500 is required. (This will be refunded if the participant has 80% attendance in training and completes all three competitions. If the participant withdraws or fails to complete any activity, the deposit will not be refunded.)

🏆 Prizes: Total prize value up to HKD 10,000 in sports vouchers and gifts.
🥇 Champion Team: HKD 2,000/team, prizes, and trophy
🥈 Runner-Up Team: HKD 1,600/team, prizes, and trophy
🥉 Third Place Team: HKD 1,200/team, prizes, and trophy

💫 Every participant receives a trophy and a commemorative gift.

Capacity: 5 teams, 4 members per team (team registrations prioritized; if more than 5 teams register, a lottery will be held).

No changes will be accepted after the registration deadline.

Course dates may be postponed due to weather or venue issues. All participants must attend an interview.
