**Participant Notice

• Due to activity quota, a lottery will be conducted after the deadline. If you do not receive a 'Successful Registration' email by 23 January, 2026, it means that you have not been selected for this activity.

• Participants for this event will be arranged in order for the lucky draw based on the following criteria:
  - 70% of the spots will be allocated to participants who have successfully registered for the “JC Fit City ” 0 to 5 times.

  - 30% of the spots will be allocated to participants who have successfully registered for the programme more than 5 times.

• No waitlist will be available.

• No walk-in registration will be accepted on the day of the event.

• A WhatsApp group will be created for the event, mainly for communication between HKFYG and all participants in the class, including sharing of event information (such as inclement weather arrangement, meeting points) and keeping track of participants' attendance.

• Participants who are successfully enrolled will receive a WhatsApp/ Email notification from HKFYG and the invitation link. Please be mindful of protecting personal privacy, adhere to group rules, and maintaining a harmonious atmosphere for all.
