**Participant Notice

  • Due to activity quota, a lottery will be conducted after the deadline. If you do not receive a 'Successful Registration' email by 11 September, 2025, it means that you have not been selected for this activity.

  • A WhatsApp group will be created for the event, mainly for communication between HKFYG and all participants in the class, including sharing of event information (such as inclement weather arrangement, meeting points) and keeping track of participants' attendance.

  • Participants who are successfully enrolled will receive a WhatsApp notification from HKFYG and the invitation link. Please be mindful of protecting personal privacy, adhere to group rules, and maintaining a harmonious atmosphere for all.

  • As the event is barefoot, participants with nail or skin problems are not advised to participate. If the instructor notices any of these issues, participants will be asked to leave for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • The event will involve physical collisions and tumbling. Pregnant women, those with chronic illnesses, heart disease, high blood pressure, or joint injuries are not recommended.

  • Long hair must be tied up.

  • Nails must be trimmed to avoid scratching other participants. For the protection of other participants, long nails will be shortened.

  • All participants are kindly required to carefully read and agree to the above notices and event arrangements before registering, in order to avoid any impact on your event experience.
