- The number of places is limited; first come, first served.

- Members can only register for one time slot each day. If a duplicate registration is found, the organizer will arrange an alternative time slot.

- Participants are required to arrive at the venue 10 minutes early to register.

- Participants are absent or late for 5 minutes or more, their places will be filled by on-site standby applicants on a first-come-first-served basis.
