We sincerely invite you to join our Fit Square Trial Class at the main stage. The details are as follows:

Fit Square design concept is derived from sports training equipment. After improvements, users can adjust the difficulty level according to their individual abilities. The trial classes will focus on health and physical fitness, utilizing Fit Square to create various combinations and incorporating circuit training methods. Participants will work together in class to enhance cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, coordination, and agility.

⏰Time：9:45 - 10:10 am
