🪧Event Name: Urban Sports - Pickleball Free Pairing

🕖Event Time: 14:00-15:00; 16:00-19:00 (One session per hour)

📍Event Location: MEGABOX 13/F (Kowloon Bay)

🫡Target Audience: Ages 15-45 (Born between June 1981 and April 2011)

💰Registration Fee: Free

⛹🏼Eligibility: Ages 15-45 (Born between June 1981 and April 2011, gender not limited); holders of Hong Kong Identity Cards, in good health and fit for competition, are eligible to participate.

⛹🏼Spots: 12 per session

Note: This event only provides referee services.

Overview:
1. Duration: 1 hour
2. Number of Participants: 12 (doubles mode)
3. Format: Each session consists of two teams of four participants, with two players per team.

Rules:

1. Time:

- Each match lasts 10 minutes.

2. Scoring System:

- 11-point system: The first team to reach 11 points wins.

*If the match lasts 10 minutes, the team with the higher score wins; if scores are tied, the match ends in a draw.

3. Participant Rotation:

- After each match, all participants must rotate to ensure fair play.

4. No Time-outs

5. Code of Conduct:

- Participants must adhere to the principle of not disrupting the competition process and facilities, and ensure the safety of the venue.

- Any misconduct may result in expulsion, including but not limited to: verbal abuse, intentional damage to facilities, and obstruction of the event.

6. Spectator Policy:

- No spectator seating.

7. Post-Game Rules:

- Participants must keep the venue clean and tidy up their equipment. Trash must be disposed of in designated trash cans.

- All participants should assist in cleaning up the venue after the competition to ensure a clean environment.

Participants must keep the venue clean and bring their own equipment and personal belongings.

8. Safety Instructions:

- Participants must wear appropriate sports equipment during the competition, such as athletic shoes and clothing.
- Any safety hazards found on the venue or equipment must be reported to the organisers immediately for prompt handling.
