📋Contest Format and Procedure:
Contest Theme
• "Carnival" Theme: Capturing booths, interactions, laughter, and surprising moments

• "Fitness Competition" Theme: Showcasing Jumping, Sprinting, Perseverance, and Sportsmanship
👉 Participants must submit two themed works: one for the "Fitness Competition" theme and one for the "Carnival" theme.
👉 Each participant can only receive one award.

• Vincent Chan (Documentary Producer, Outdoor Adventure Photographer)
• Jessica lkw (Nature Landscape Photographer)

📊 Judging Method
All entries will be judged by the judging panel based on the following criteria:

• Theme Content (20%)
• Composition Techniques (35%)
• Photographic Techniques (35%)
• Creative Concept (10%)
📢 Judging will take place within 14 working days after the event.

🎁 Awards for each theme are as follows:
• Champion: Trophy + $500 Sports Voucher
• Runner-up: Certificate + Sports voucher $400
• Third Place: Certificate + Sports voucher $300
• Merit Award (5 winners): Certificate + Sports voucher $200

**Participant Notice
-Due to activity quota, a lottery will be conducted after the deadline. If you do not receive a 'Successful Registration' email by April 2, 2026, it means that you have not been selected for this activity.

-Due to the limited capacity inside the venue, the organizer may adjust or coordinate arrangements on-site in response to the real-time crowd situation to ensure the smooth running of the event.

-The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the content of the carnival booths at any time, with the official records from the "JC Fit City website or mobile app", without prior notice.

-Participants for this event will be arranged in order for the lucky draw based on the following criteria:
- 70% of the spots will be allocated to participants who have successfully registered for the “JC Fit City ” 0 to 5 times.
- 30% of the spots will be allocated to participants who have successfully registered for the programme more than 5 times.

-No waitlist will be available. No walk-in registration will be accepted on the day of the event.

-A WhatsApp group will be created for the event, mainly for communication between HKFYG and all participants in the class, including sharing of event information (such as inclement weather arrangement, meeting points) and keeping track of participants' attendance.
Participants who are successfully enrolled will receive a WhatsApp / Email notification from HKFYG and the invitation link. Please be mindful of protecting personal privacy, adhere to group rules, and maintaining a harmonious atmosphere for all.
