🙋🏻‍♂️ Target audience：18-45 years old (From Sep 1978 to Aug 2006, regardless of gender)

💰Cost： Free of charge

👟Equipment: Please bring your own workout attire and sports shoes.

⚠Note：Attending 4 days of classes is required to receive the certificate.
