Participant Notes:

Due to limited slots for the event, those who have participated in the "Lets Try Something New - Kpop Trail Class" will have priority registration. This organization will also arrange and allocate participants based on the following criteria to determine successful registration: if you have not successfully joined the "Active City" group by February 10 , 2024, it will be considered a disqualification from this event. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate. If you withdraw without notice and do not inform the staff at least 48 hours before the event starts, it may affect your eligibility and ranking for future participation. Please take note. In case of any disputes, this organization reserves the final decision-making authority.

Participants who have not attended any "Active City" short-term sports training classes in the year (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) will receive priority registration on a first-come, first-served basis, with these slots accounting for 50% of the total. The next 40% of slots will be allocated in the same manner to participants who have attended "Active City" short-term sports training classes with an attendance rate of 85% or higher. The final 10% will be for those who have attended "Active City" short-term sports training classes with an attendance rate below 85%. If registering for more than one course, the Hong Kong Playground Association will decide on the final selection and which courses participants can attend.
