"Active 8" offers free short-term sports classes for adults.
Street fitness is a sport that anyone can master! Under the guidance of professional coaches, you can progressively work towards mastering two fundamental strength movements—pull-ups and parallel bar dips. Combined with a core-strengthening workout plan, this holistic approach to bodyweight training helps enhance muscle strength and improve body composition.

Remarks:
We will screen and select participants according to the following priority:
1. Participants who have not participated in "Active 8" classes before
2. First-come, first-served
Please note that each participant can only take part in one class organised by IHKSports at a time. If applicant signs up for more than one class, IHKSports will make the final decision and determine which class he/she will join if application is successful.Enrolled participants will receive a WhatsApp notification, and all participants of the same class will be invited to join the same WhatsApp group, which is mainly used by IHKSports for communication and coordination with the participants, including sending out information on activities (e.g. bad weather arrangement, venue information, etc.), and notification of leave of absence, etc. After entering the WhatsApp group, please take care to protect your privacy and work together to maintain a friendly chatting atmosphere.
