Introduction: Participants will learn simple yoga poses and work with their dogs to complete different movements.
Date: 8/3/2026 (Sun)
Time: 4:00-5:00PM
Location: The Spark (Sai Sha Go Park)
Gear: Yoga mat will be provided.
【Registration and Check-in Instructions】
Selection will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that each participant can only take part in one class session of [Doga Tasting @Run With Your Heart & Sports Carnival 2026]. If applicant signs up for more than one session, IHKSports will make the final decision and determine which session he/she will join if application is successful. Selected participants will receive a WhatsApp notification.
Selected participants must reply via WhatsApp with “Confirm Participation” to secure their quota.
Unexcused absence from the event will affect your chances of being selected for future events through the lottery system.
Please check in using the JC Fit City mobile application on the day of the event.
【Important Notes for Dogs】
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event, all participants are kindly requested to carefully read and comply with the following guidelines:
For safety reasons, owners of unneutered dogs are required to bring safety pants for their pets.
It is recommended that all dogs be kept on a leash no longer than 1.5 meters and must not be left unattended under any circumstances.
All dogs attending the event must meet the following conditions:
· Be in good health
· Be at least five months old
· Have no history of aggressive behavior
· Be vaccinated against rabies
Female dogs in heat, aggressive or fighting breeds, and dogs with known dangerous tendencies or a history of aggression are not allowed to enter.
All dogs must have their microchips scanned by staff before entering. Owners must present their dog’s license, a photo, or valid proof of rabies vaccination.
If a dog exhibits any of the following during the event, staff reserve the right to ask the owner to leave with the dog:
· Signs of physical abnormality (e.g., rapid breathing, fast heartbeat) or discomfort
· The owner is unable to effectively control the dog’s behavior
Please help maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the venue. Do not allow dogs to defecate or urinate freely. If any mess is made, the owner must clean it up promptly.
