*Participant Notice:*

Due to limited availability for the event, our organization will arrange and allocate participant order based on the following criteria to determine successful registration. If you have not successfully joined the "Active The City" group or receive an email notification before Aug 22, 2025, it will be considered as unsuccessful participation in this event. Please ensure that the contact information you fill out is accurate. If you withdraw without reason and do not notify the staff 48 hours prior to the event, it may affect your eligibility and ranking for future participation. Please take note that the organization reserves the final decision-making authority in case of any disputes.

Participants who have not attended any "Active The City" short-term training classes in the current year (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) will be given priority for participation based on a first-come, first-served basis, with these spots accounting for 50% of the total. Following this, 40% of the spots will also be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to participants who have attended "Active The City" short-term training classes with an attendance rate of 85% or above. The remaining 10% will be for participants who have attended "Active The City" short-term training classes but with an attendance rate below 85%. If you register for more than one course, the Hong Kong Playground Association will decide on your final selection and the courses you can attend.
