Due to limited spots, the organization will arrange and allocate participants based on the following criteria to determine successful registration. If you have not successfully joined the "Activate the city" group by April 18, 2025, it will indicate that you have not been selected for this event. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate. If you withdraw without notice and fail to inform staff 48 hours before the event starts, it may affect your eligibility and ranking for future participation. Please take note. The organization reserves all final decision-making rights in case of any disputes.

Participants who have not attended any "Activate the city" short-term sports training classes within the year (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) will receive priority registration on a first-come, first-served basis, accounting for 50% of total spots. The next 40% will be allocated to participants who have attended "Active City" short-term sports training classes with an attendance rate of 85% or higher. The final 10% will be for those with an attendance rate below 85%. If you register for more than one course, the Hong Kong Playground Association will decide on the final selection and the courses to be attended.
