**Participant Notice
The activity will mainly be communicated to successful applicants via email. Email will serve as the primary channel for communication and coordination between our organization and all participants, including distributing activity information (such as arrangements in case of bad weather, venue details, etc.) and handling matters such as participant absences.
Due to activity quota. If you do not receive a 'Successful Registration' email by 24 July, 2026, it means that you have not been selected for this activity.
Participants who are successfully selected will receive an email notification from our organization.
No waitlist will be available. No walk-in registration will be accepted on the day of the event.
