**Please bring your own sunscreen and change of clothes, towels, sandals, sun hats, sunglasses, sunscreen lotion, and gloves.

Participant Notes:

Due to limited slots for the event, the organization will arrange and allocate participant order based on the following criteria to determine successful registration. If you have not successfully joined the "Activate the city" group by March 24, 2025, it will mean you have not been selected for this event. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate. If you withdraw without reason and do not notify staff 48 hours before the event starts, it may affect your eligibility and ranking for future participation. Please take note. The organization reserves all final decision-making power in case of disputes.

Participants who have not attended any "Activate the city" short-term sports training courses within the year (from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025) will have priority based on a first-come, first-served principle, with these slots accounting for 50% of the total. The next 40% of slots will also be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to participants who have attended "Activate the city" short-term sports training courses with an attendance rate of 85% or higher. The final 10% will be for those who have attended "Active City" short-term sports training courses with an attendance rate below 85%. If you register for more than one course, the Hong Kong Playground Association will determine your final selection and the course you will attend.
