Where to go for a holiday? If you want to do some exercise, why not go cycling? This time, Sportology will take everyone from Yuen Long to Nam Sang Wai. Nam Sang Wai is often seen as a simple rural area or a spot for hipster photos, but how much do you really know about the issues it faces? Sportology aims to uncover another side of Nam Sang Wai! Development is inevitable, and before it disappears, participants will not only enjoy the beautiful grasslands, wetlands, and migratory birds but also learn about Hong Kong's historical fish and shrimp farming industry, exploring the past and present of Nam Sang Wai.

⏰Time: 3:00-6:00 pm

📍Venue: Nam Sang Wai, Yuen Long

💰Fee: Free

🙋🏻‍♂ Target: 18 to 70 years old (born from June 1954 to May 2006, regardless of gender)

✅Quota: 20 people (if the number of applicants is more than 20, a lottery will be conducted)

⛔Deadline: May 7, 2025 (Wed) 12:00 noon

**Participant Notice

• Due to activity quota, a lottery will be conducted after the deadline. If you do not receive a 'Successful Registration' email by 9 May, 2025, it means that you have not been selected for this activity.

• A WhatsApp group will be created for the event, mainly for communication between HKFYG and all participants in the class, including sharing of event information (such as inclement weather arrangement, meeting points) and keeping track of participants' attendance.

• Participants who are successfully enrolled will receive a WhatsApp notification from HKFYG and the invitation link. Please be mindful of protecting personal privacy, adhere to group rules, and maintaining a harmonious atmosphere for all.
