The "8 Weeks Run to Get Fit Challenge" is tailor-made for busy, sedentary office workers! Starting from scratch in 8 weeks, through professional trail running training, strength training, and nutritional guidance, it will help you shed excess fat, achieve a great physique, and develop a lifelong exercise habit!

🏃🏽♂️Three main goals of the program:
Reduce body fat by 3-5%, improve BMI and physique
Progress from zero to independently completing a 10-12km trail run
Learn basic sports nutrition knowledge and establish a lifelong exercise habit
🏋🏾♀️Training content:
8 sessions: Running + Trail Running Practical Training (weekly progression)
2 sessions: Full-body Strength/Core Weight Training
2 sessions: Professional Nutrition Class (Weight Management + Practical Meal Plan Design)
